Specialist Programmes. One Standard.
Every Castrum programme is designed by practitioners, delivered in small cohorts, and built around a single objective: making you operationally sharper when you leave than when you arrived.
Castrum programs are intensive, face-to-face training courses held at our facilities in Lausanne. Each track runs between two and five days, with cohorts deliberately capped at twenty participants. Programs are delivered in English and French, with interpretation available for other languages upon request. All applicants are reviewed individually prior to enrolment.
