Submit Your Application

Submit a short application form on our website, or reach out to us directly by email or phone. We keep things simple at this stage — just enough to understand who you are and what you're looking for. All information is handled in strict confidence.

Verification & Review

Our team reviews every application individually and assesses whether the program is the right fit for you. You will receive a response within five business days.

Logistics Coordination

Once accepted, our partner network contacts you directly to coordinate everything: visa support and documentation, flights, accommodation in Lausanne, and ground transfers. You will have a single point of contact managing your entire journey.

Arrive and Train

You arrive in Lausanne. Everything is in place. Your only task is to be present and ready to work.

Personalised visa guidance and official documentation for all participant nationalities. Invitation letters and program confirmations are issued promptly upon acceptance.

Tailored flight recommendations and booking support aligned with program dates. We coordinate arrival and departure logistics to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey to Lausanne.

Carefully selected accommodation within easy reach of our training facility. Options are available across a range of standards to suit individual preferences and requirements.

Airport transfers and local transport throughout the program arranged in advance. Participants are met on arrival and transferred directly to their accommodation.

All logistical services are provided by independent partner organisations. Castrum maintains strict separation between training content and logistical arrangements to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of our programs.

Who is eligible to apply?

Castrum programs are open to law enforcement professionals, intelligence officers, prosecutors, border agency personnel and private security professionals. Applications are reviewed individually on the basis of professional background and program fit.

Yes. Castrum regularly accommodates group participation. Cohorts are capped at twenty participants per program, making it well suited for teams and departments looking to train together.

Program fees are confirmed upon acceptance and quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). Costs are typically covered by participants directly or through their employing institution or government agency.

Programs are delivered in English and French. Interpretation services are available for other languages upon request.

We recommend applying at least eight weeks before your preferred program date, particularly where visa support or travel coordination is required.
