Every Castrum instructor has a minimum of ten years of active experience in law enforcement, intelligence or security operations. We deliberately limit class sizes to a maximum of twenty participants. In a Castrum programme, there is nowhere to hide and no reason to. Every participant engages, challenges and contributes. Our instructors track individual progress and adjust in real time.
