Confidentiality
Law enforcement and security training is sensitive by nature. Participant identities, organisational affiliations, case materials and training content are treated with the same discretion we expect of our participants in their own work. Phones and recording devices are not permitted in training sessions. What happens at Castrum stays at Castrum.

Respect
Every participant brings experience, context and professional judgement to the room. We build our programmes on mutual respect — between instructors and participants, and among participants themselves. Rank, nationality and background are left at the door. What matters is the work.

Operational Integrity
Everything we teach has been tested in the field. We do not deliver content we cannot stand behind operationally. If a technique, tool or framework does not hold up under real conditions, it has no place in our programmes.

The People Behind Castrum
Our instructors are not academics. They are practitioners who have investigated organized crime networks, built digital forensics units, run OSINT operations and trained law enforcement teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Every member of the Castrum instructor team brings a minimum of ten years of active law enforcement or intelligence experience. We do not hire trainers who have not done the work. This is non-negotiable.
